How to use
Searching the collection
Right-click a nest to open it and automatically begin searching. Hidden items are gradually revealed. Left-click a discovered item to take it; it drops beside you if your inventory is full. You cannot deposit your own items in this interface as you would in a chest.
Crow collections
After claiming a nest, a crow brings back food or shiny items it finds. Placing an empty nest does not immediately create a collection; a crow must actually gather the items.
Adding eggs and breaking the nest
Right-click with a vanilla egg to add it, up to 3 eggs. While holding an egg, sneak-right-click still opens the search interface. These eggs do not hatch birds.
Breaking a nest drops its collection and eggs.
Natural nests
Naturally generated nests have an initial collection and may contain a Wind Feather Fan enchanted book. Empty nests you craft and place do not come with this loot.
